Prime Rib from Bowmans Steakhouse in Cedar City

Great Place! I tried the Chicken tacos one of my friends tried the Prime Rib and It was amazing, loved the food and the cowboy atmosphere.

The best apperizer in Cedar City - fried cheese curds

It looks like they serve ranch-hand sized portions here; everything was big. The fried Squeeky Cheese was outstanding (just look at the size compared to the beer can!), and could have been an appetizer for a small family. The Chicken Fried Steak was large, and tender (I didn't even need to use a knife), with the kind of gravy that only grandma knows about.

If you're going to have a family meal, it should be in a place where people are laughing, talking, enjoying themselves, and consuming huge portions of deliciousness. We had a diverse menu selection, anything from steak to chicken fried steak.....Everything was exceptional!
